At Opticka Vision, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return unused items—in their original condition and packaging—for a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 24 – 48 hrs after your returned item(s) have been received and verified at our facility.
Return Window
- Full-priced items: Return within 7 Working days from the date of delivery.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, returned in the original package and resalable condition.
How to Return
Allow up to 5 business days for your package to reach us.
Keep your return receipt until your refund is confirmed.

You may also return items to any Opticka Vision retail store for a refund (excluding partner or affiliate outlets).
Please bring:

- Your purchase receipt
- The Copy of Completed Return Form.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We are committed to providing premium-quality products.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement and refund.

Cancelling Your Order

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, but you may still initiate a return after delivery.
Once approved, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days, including any shipping fees paid.
